1. Nature of Service The CHIGHA software is owned and operated by DEVTERITY LLC (“DEVTERITY”). CHIGHA is a platform that facilitates data entry, tracking, and communication between users and independent shipping companies. DEVTERITY is not a shipping company, freight forwarder, or carrier. We do not handle, store, or transport physical goods.
2. User Accounts Users must provide accurate information for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. DEVTERITY reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activities.
3. Payments & Fees All payments are processed securely via TheTeller.
Total charges consist of: (a) Shipping costs, (b) CHIGHA Platform commission, and (c) Payment processing fees.
DEVTERITY does not store or process debit/credit card or Mobile Money (MoMo) credentials. All financial data is handled directly by TheTeller.
4. Limitation of Liability DEVTERITY shall not be liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of goods during transit.
Delays in shipping or customs clearance.
Decisions made by shipping companies regarding service delivery.
Interruption of service due to third-party gateway (TheTeller) failures.
5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection We collect information necessary to facilitate the shipping process, including your name, contact details, and shipping address. This data is used for customer authentication and tracking.
2. Data Retention DEVTERITY retains your profile information as long as your account is active. We will only delete your profile and associated personal data upon an explicit request for account deletion by the user.
3. Financial Data Security To ensure maximum security, DEVTERITY does not store your payment information. When you pay, you are redirected to or interfaced with TheTeller. Your financial data is subject to TheTeller’s privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
4. Third-Party Sharing We share your data strictly with the shipping company you select to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. DEVTERITY may share information with you through the contact you have provided.
